1. Eligibility for Returns

Because we deal with natural, organic, and consumable food items, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been opened, tasted, or partially consumed.
  • Items without their original packaging or missing labels.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage by the customer.

3. The Unboxing Video Request (Highly Recommended)

To ensure absolute transparency and build mutual trust, we highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you receive your KhatiBangla package. If your item arrives damaged, leaked, or if there is a missing product, this video will help us process your return or refund instantly without any questions asked.

4. How to Initiate a Return

If you have a valid issue with your order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Email us at [email protected] or call our helpline.
  3. Provide your Order Number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos or your unboxing video showing the defect or damage.

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and guide you on how to send the item back to us (or we will arrange a pickup, depending on your location).

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.

  • Replacement: If you prefer, we will send a fresh replacement of the damaged or incorrect item at no extra delivery cost.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or via Mobile Financial Services (like bKash or Nagad) within 3 to 7 business days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
